Willingness-to-pay: is the maximum amount a customer is willing to pay for a product or service. It is one of the best ways to conceptualize overall demand at any given time. It is a valuable tool in performing cost-benefit analysis for evaluating new interventions, such as new healthcare interventions or new policy interventions.
Cost benefit analysis: refers to a systematic approach to estimating the strengths and weaknesses of alternatives used to determine options which provide the best approach to achieving benefits while preserving savings.
